The free JAMB forms scheme of DYF23 is an annual project of the foundation and of course her benefactor Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, is geared towards ensuring that the Rivers and non Rivers youths based in Rivers State have a stepping stone into the acquisition of higher education. The scheme is followed by school fees payment scheme for undergraduate students in the state.
